Some customers may have specific requirements for custom patterns and designs, and they request confidentiality. Usually, we will specify in the contract that it is prohibited to sell to other customers. We strictly enforce the confidentiality agreements and terms with the customers.

What should be done if there are quality issues with the product?

After receiving customer complaints, we will reply immediately without any delay or evasion; quickly identify the responsibility, determining whether it is our fault or the customer's fault; provide specific solutions and handle them according to the severity of the loss; proactively follow up on after-sales services, confirm customer satisfaction, and track the customer's usage situation; for the exposed problems, optimize the production, quality inspection, and shipping processes, such as increasing the frequency of random inspections of key parameters, taking photos before shipment to verify specifications, and providing customers with product user manuals, etc.

When disputes arise during contract execution, how to communicate and resolve them?

The core principle is "solve the problem first, then determine the responsibility".

1. Respond immediately to customer complaints and attach great importance to the issue.

2. The customer provides evidence (such as pictures, videos) and batch numbers, while the internal team urgently retrieves the production records, quality inspection reports and samples of the batch of products for an objective comparison.

3. Propose practical solutions based on facts, such as reissuing or providing discount compensation.

4. Regardless of the settlement reached, it must be confirmed through a supplementary agreement or written confirmation to clearly mark this dispute as "finally resolved", maintaining the long-term relationship.
