Bubble solution: The main reason is that the granular material was not fully dried. When bubbles appear in the sheet, the drying temperature and time should be adjusted immediately.

Solution for yellowing: If the drying temperature is too high or the drying time is too long, then the drying temperature should be reduced and the drying time shortened; if the melt temperature is too high, then the melt temperature should be rapidly lowered at this time.

Solution for black spots and impurities: Check if the filter is in good condition and free from damage. Also, clean the residual decomposition substances in the PET extrusion line.
