Production Process
- Raw Material Preparation — PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, and other additives are weighed and mixed uniformly to specification.
- Pre-Treatment — The blended materials undergo drying and high-speed mixing to remove impurities and reach the required processing temperature and viscosity.
- Extrusion — Pre-treated materials are fed into the extruder for continuous sheet extrusion.
- Cooling — The extruded PVC sheet passes through a calibrated cooling system to ensure dimensional stability.
- Cutting — Sheets are precision-cut to the required length and width.
- Surface Treatment — Mechanical polishing and varnish coating are applied to enhance surface finish and smoothness.
- Quality Inspection — Comprehensive checks covering appearance, dimensional tolerances, and physical properties.
- Packaging & Storage — Approved sheets are packed in cartons and on pallets for protection, then stored in dry conditions away from direct sunlight.
