【1.5–3 mm】. Send the draw ratio and we will calculate the starting gauge and tell you where the thin point lands.

Is rigid PVC good for vacuum forming?

Yes — it has a broad forming window, low shrink, and it is self-extinguishing. It is a poor choice only when you need optical clarity (use PETG) or repeated low

temperature impact (use ABS).
