Q: What material is your PC film roll made from? Virgin or recycled resin?
A:Our PC film rolls are made exclusively from 100% virgin polycarbonate resin — SABIC / Covestro-equivalent grade. Zero recycled or regrind material is used. Each resin lot ships with a supplier Mill Certificate; customers can verify the resin batch number and origin upon request.
Q:Can you customize thickness, width, and color? What is the MOQ?
A：Full customization is available. Thickness: 0.10–1.5 mm; Width: 400–1,500 mm (arbitrary slit width); Colors: Clear, Green, Black, White, or custom Pantone shades.
Q：What surface finish options are available?
A： Available surface finishes: Glossy / Matte / Velvet / Hard-coated (3H–4H pencil hardness) / Anti-fog / Anti-static (≤10⁹ Ω/sq). All rolls are shipped with double-side 30 μm PE protective film as standard — zero surface scratches on arrival.

A: Yes. Customer brand logo and specifications can be printed on outer carton, roll core label, and PE protective film. NDA can be signed in advance to protect brand confidentiality. Custom packaging design is free for orders over 1,000 kg.
Q:How is the product packaged for shipping? How do you prevent transit damage?
Standard packaging: double-side PE film → bubble wrap → carton → export-grade wooden pallet. Rolls are stored and shipped with the core axis horizontal (rolls standing upright) to prevent crushing. Reinforced packaging with detailed packing list is provided for bulk FCL shipments.
