Production process of extruded PVC sheet material

1. Raw material preparation: Firstly, PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, etc. need to be prepared. Mix them evenly in a certain proportion.

2. Raw material pre-treatment: The mixed raw materials are subjected to pre-treatment through processes such as drying and mixing, to remove impurities and achieve the desired processing temperature and viscosity.

3. Extrusion: The pre-treated raw materials are sent into the extruder for extrusion.

4. Cooling: The extruded PVC sheet is sent into the cooling device for cooling.

5. Cutting: Cut the PVC sheet into the desired length and width.

6. Surface treatment: Various treatments such as mechanical polishing and spraying of varnish are applied to enhance the appearance quality and smoothness of the PVC sheet.

7. Quality Inspection: This includes inspections of appearance quality, dimensional deviations, and physical properties, etc.

8. Packaging and Storage: PVC sheets that have passed quality inspection will be packaged. Packaging usually involves using cartons, pallets, etc. to protect the quality of the PVC. They need to be stored properly to prevent moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
